Perfectly clean, big hotel, the staff and facilities were beautiful here. Check-in was good.

Cool hotel, brand-new rooms, cool view of the mountains and the trees looking down from the mountain.

Great place to stay, fairly clean, everything was great. The hotel's location was central, on top of a hill away from the main city action. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the venue.

Everything was awesome, the parking was onsite, the room was immaculate. Booked a room with excellent views of the mountains. I had the best stay in a long time.

Clean reasonably priced hotel, the stay was great. Updated room, exceptionally comfortable bed and we loved reasonably spacious bathroom. Central location of this affordable property was a bonus.

It was surely a warm stay. Bed was fine, I enjoyed it. Location right by the mountain in Gatlinburg, park, the hill. Had brunch in the Tgi Fridays, located nearby.

The hotel room was perfect with amazing views. The restaurant was good, I ordered delicious dishes.

Absolutely amazing hotel located in a nice enough area right by park. I had very fancy room with a breathtaking view, amazing views plus 1 king bed. Pool was great, comfortable to sit around.

Its breakfast was complimentary, and it had modern design. The stuff was best, they showed us what superb service is supposed to be like. The tiled bathroom and the rest was spotless.

The staff were ready to help, easy check-in and the room was very pretty and very pretty. Above average breakfast, excellent service. Restaurant was fabulous and overall clean. Its pool was lovely, we chilled out there when it was wonderful outside.

Rooms were wonderful, amazing service, incredible location. The staff was very-very nice and the building was stylish. Lovely view, a great balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. There were hot waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast every day. Small garden and good pool.

Good food, incredible view, top-notch service. The rooms were decent, air conditioned, and had 32-inch flat-screen TVs with HBO and Keurig coffee machine. The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a nice looking area. Also, the venue was at a moderate distance from smoky mountain. The restaurant was good, and staff impeccable.

It is descent hotel, I loved unbeatable location and very fancy rooms. The room is reasonably priced. Staff is terrific, simple check-in. There's overnight parking available and fine internet too.

The hotel was immaculately clean and the location and staff were terrific. I loved a unique decor and rustic furniture. I have stayed here before now, it's still an absolutely stunning venue.

The bed was large, so we had an extra special stay. Generous sized and large bedrooms, complimentary breakfast. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was stunningly beautiful.

From the knowledgeable staff to the lovely rooms and to the delicious food, not to mention perfect view. I slept so comfy in the very comfy bed. Early check-in was a bonus. Its location was best possible! Again, it was a 10-15 minute walk from smoky mountain.

Tremendous people working here, individual room. We had a continental breakfast with fresh fruit, bread, hot waffles and eggs. Decent location to Bill Gladwell.

I liked easy location, cheerful staff and absolutely gorgeous room. Generally everything was awesome, even so the bathroom was terrible. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including fresh fruit, hot waffles, yogurt and pastries. A sandy beach, awesome view. Also, this hotel was located 1 mile away from hollywood star cars museum.

The room was original and elegant and the staff were more than helpful. The continental breakfast was worth every penny and had eggs, fresh fruit, breads and hot waffles. The lobby bar was cozy and the drinks were delicious. I liked free wifi throughout the property.

Hotel looks fairly clean and is BUSINESS. The venue has favourable location away from the main attractions of gatlinburg.

Room was dog friendly, breakfast was consistently good, bed was comfy. The bfast staff were customer facing throughout the day. An average in-house restaurant was open on site.

An enjoyable stay in Gatlinburg. The bed in our room was great. The downtown is within 15 minutes' walk. Really loved that they had onsite restaurant Firefly's Patio Lounge, no need to go somewhere else...

Wanted to explore Gatlinburg and this hotel was nice base for doing it. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. There is restaurant Firefly's Patio Lounge at the premises.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were really friendly. A great view from the room. The place is 0.8 miles away from Gatlinburg downtown.

Excellent for one night. Log Cabin Pancake House was 10 mins walk away. We do recommend it to those visiting Gatlinburg.

Great location of Smoky Mountains, close to the hotel. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Bones Bbq Joint that was only 25 minutes' walk away. Walking distance to dollywood. We really enjoyed rooms and the food of this venue❤

Our hotel was located not far from tourist attractions like smoky mountain. It was definitely 4 stars for us...

Smoky mountain brewery is an easy walk to the hotel. Easy to get around Gatlinburg with a trolley bus stop located next to the property. Wonderful stay, as always...
